  • Recertifications: I retake modules when suppliers update ships, resorts, or policies - and certain suppliers require annual recertifications.

  • Ongoing webinars & in person trade shows: Direct line to supplier reps for the newest info.

  • On‑site inspections & personal travel: I preview hotels, ships, and tours so you have a trusted point of view.

  • Peer network: Collaboration with a top‑tier team at Key to the World Travel to cross‑check details and share updates.

Certification FAQ

Do certifications really help?
Yes!  Suppliers often provide planning tools, booking windows, and escalation support to certified advisors. That can translate into smoother trips and better value for you.

How often do you renew?
Some programs require I certify annually or when major updates roll out. I also track renewal dates and re‑certify proactively.

What if my destination isn’t listed among your certifications?
If it’s on the map, I can plan it.  While some of my certifications are broad, I'll always research current entry rules, seasons, and reputable partners before we book your destination!
